Coffin Wagon
The Coffin Wagon was used by undertakers to transport the bodies to their final resting place. This wagon has a roof which extends over the driver's seat keeping him dry in inclement weather. The wagon has beautiful large hearse candle lamps on the side which really add to the beauty of this vehicle. The windows have beveled glass which etched letter in the windows next to the driver's seat. In the early days a lot of undertakers were also the local furniture dealers. This style of wagon would allow furniture to be delivered when the wagon was not being used for funerals.
